Who we are
SF Directory is a group of spiritual directors and spiritual direction teachers. We are seeking to make it easy for spiritual directors to be found by potential directees.
The personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact & application forms
If you have contacted us via email or through the website contact/application forms, then we will store the data you provide.
For spiritual directors who have trained with us, we store the information you have provided. Some of the information we are obliged to keep your information for administrative, legal and security reasons.

The directories of spiritual directors will only be available to those who have a username and password to the relevant lists. No names or contact information will be available to the public with out use of a password.
You will only be added to lists you have stated you are willing to be added to. All other data will be stored in the database and will not be accessible to the general public. If you would like to be removed from a directory, please just contact us and we will remove you.
Unsubscribe me, delete me, etc — If you ever desire to have your information deleted from the database, please email helenhicks@sustainablefaith.co.uk.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on the directory site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
